How many capsules of each Node product should I take?

Each serving of the Daily System (5 capsules total) provides a range of multivitamins, adaptogens, nootropics, amino acids, antioxidants, and more. We recommend taking 2 capsules of Cognitive Foundation, 2 capsules of Adaptogen Complex, and 1 capsule of Accelerator Complex daily, depending on your diet, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
